Responsibilities
Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms.
Respond to each and every comment, message, and inquiry in a timely and professional manner in our specific tone of voice.
Collaborate with our social media team to maintain and improve best practices for increasing engagement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media engagement
Commit to the overall expectation of keeping our online community excited and engaged.
Requirements
All applicants must understand that evening, weekend, and holiday availability are a requirement for this position.
Example shifts:
7:00AM-12:00PM EST
11:00AM-4:00PM EST
3:00PM-8:00PM EST
7:00PM-12:00AM EST
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
