Social Media Manager (Part-Time, Contract - Remote, Seattle)

Location: Remote (Seattle-based)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to help tell our brand's story across a variety of social media platforms. Position Overview:

As the Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, creating engaging content, fostering online communities, and driving growth for our brands. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working remotely and has a knack for crafting creative, impactful content that connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop, create, and schedule social media content that reflects each brand's unique voice, ensuring posts are published at the optimal times for maximum engagement.
Community Management: Build and nurture our online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating a positive brand presence.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content, using insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Campaign Support: Work closely with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and other key initiatives across social platforms.
Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of the latest trends and platform updates to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative, bringing new ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally for consumer-facing brands.
Platform Expertise: Proficient in managing major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with experience using scheduling tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
Creativity & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to create compelling content (including text, images, video, and graphics) that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable with social media analytics and data interpretation to guide strategy and decision-making.
Remote Work Capable: Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage projects independently while collaborating with the team virtually.

Contract Details:

Duration: Flexible, with potential for contract extension based on performance.
Hours: Starting at approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
