We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market
• Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis
• Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities
• Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• NO Real Estate experience needed
