Since March of 2011, Sakakawea Medical Center (SMC), a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) located in Hazen, ND, and Coal Country Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), have developed and sustained a management and integrated governance model that encourages communication and transparency between the two organizations, while simultaneously meeting the programmatic and regulatory requirements that each organization must operate under.
While maintaining independence, through the collaborative leadership model we have developed a synergy of patient focused care and provide a shared mission. Receptionist
The Receptionist at Coal Country Community Health Center is often the first person our patients have interactions with, and we are currently looking for the right person with a passion for delivering quality customer service and positive patient experiences. The Receptionist is responsible for front desk functions at a medical clinic primarily focusing on effective interaction with patients and patient family members both in person and by telephone.
