In quantitative tax solutions and technologies at PwC, you will focus on leveraging data analytics and technology to develop innovative tax solutions. In this field, you will use quantitative methods to optimise tax processes and enhance decision-making for clients.

The Opportunity

As part of the Tax Services team you engage in quantitative tax solutions and technologies, contributing to client projects and enhancing your technical skills. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by expanding your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You learn new software and applications quickly, prepare and review various tax returns, and use data visualization tools like Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI. Additionally, you work with large datasets using Excel and Alteryx, leverage new technologies, and demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills in a team environment.

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 1 year of experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management preferred

- Preparing and reviewing various tax returns

- Using data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI

The salary range for this position is: $49,000 - $112,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
