Being a Principal Recruiter at iManage Means…You will join a passionate, highly experienced team responsible for hiring the best talent across the globe. You will partner with Executives across our Sales and Marketing teams to provide talent market insights, develop creative ways to engage talent, and conduct meaningful interviews, all while providing a best-in-class candidate experience. As a consultant to our Executive stakeholders, you will be resourceful, proactive, organized and thrive in an ever-changing environment. You will share the iManage story with our talent pools, and help candidates understand why iManage was voted by Crains Chicago Business and Built in Chicago as a Best Place to Work. This position will be Chicago based and required to go into our office on a regular basis to partner with Executive hiring stakeholders and our broader People Operations team.
In 2025, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our Sales and Marketing teams, working directly with our Chief Revenue Officer, EVP of Marketing and other leaders to build a hiring plan, define target candidate profiles, and execute hiring strategies that will enable the organization to scale and meet market demand.
You will have experience recruiting for a SaaS company across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, and more. In return, you will have an opportunity to #MakeItMeanSomething, by helping to develop our brand across the technology talent landscape, and you will see how your work directly impacts the organizations’ ability to meet our strategic vision and impact our customers.
