Join Our Team as a Police/Security Dispatcher for our Healthcare Client! Multiple Needs to be Filled!
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Job Type: Full-time Days (Days - Wed 1p-7p; Sun/Mon/Tues – 7a-7p Off Thurs/Fri/Sat)
Pay Range: $26/hr
Job Type: Full-time Nights (Nights - Wed 1a-7a; Thurs/Fri/Sat – 7p-7a Off Sun/Mon/Tues)
Pay Range: $28.50/hr
What You'll Do:
• Respond to Emergencies: Receive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching the appropriate security or police personnel to handle the situation.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and effective communication with security officers, police, and other emergency responders to ensure coordinated efforts.
• Monitor Security: Use surveillance systems to keep an eye on the facility and identify potential security threats.
• Document Incidents: Accurately record all incidents, calls, and responses in the dispatch log to ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate Efforts: Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services to provide comprehensive security coverage.
• Assist and Inform: Provide assistance and information to staff, patients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: Previous experience in a Dispatch or Security role with TLETS and BASIC TELECOMMUNICATOR CERTIFICATIONS is required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and surveillance equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
• Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other security and emergency personnel.
