Pay range:
$18.50 to $28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls and messages to appropriate staff members and departments as needed.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, coordinating calendars, making reservations, and preparing meeting materials and agendas.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail and packages, and coordinating with shipping and courier services as necessary.
Assist with procurement and inventory management of office supplies, equipment, and materials, including ordering supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements, and tracking office expenses against budget allocations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
