Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Recruiter to support the Information Technology department. The Recruiter will assist in developing, implementing, and managing a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance; building a candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and recruiting events; conducting interviews and managing job postings and candidates in the automated staffing system to align with Affirmative Action Plans and diversity initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Performing standard administrative data tracking tasks such as requisition management, scheduling interviews, candidate follow up, initiating references and background checks, time to fill reports, sourcing reports, diversity outreach, etc.
• Builds candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking and recruiting events, attending job fairs, conferences and other recruiting events.
• Working with current compliance processes, systems and procedures, and reports shortcoming. Track and maintain diversity outreach requirements and information by requisition and position as needed.
• Managing relationships with internal customers/hiring managers and acting as their business partner.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and/or leadership to ensure the hiring process is followed correctly and candidates are advanced and communicated with appropriately. Identify corrections needed through the process and address with hiring managers as needed.
• Sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for specific business needs. Managing the candidate flow for each requisition and making recommendations for hires.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of overall Recruiting experience; 2 years with information technology skillsets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and intranet/internet

Preferred:

• Experience with Affirmative Action Plans
• Proficiency with major sourcing platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
