Job Title: SharePoint Analyst / Developer

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking SharePoint Analyst / Developer for an exciting job in Minneapolis, MN.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the migration from SharePoint 2019 On-Premises to SharePoint Online (M365).
Design, develop, configure, and deploy SharePoint solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
Conduct testing, performance monitoring, and post-migration validation to ensure platform stability.
Develop and maintain custom SharePoint components (SPFx web parts, extensions, workflows, scripts).
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Manage content security through appropriate permissions, governance, and compliance controls.
Support Azure-based integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
2+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and administration.
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SharePoint Online architecture.
Proficiency with PnP PowerShell, SharePoint REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.
Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React (SPFx).
Experience building and deploying SPFx web parts, extensions, and applications.
Strong understanding of permissions management, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 governance and compliance.
Familiarity with the Power Platform, Teams integration, and M365 Admin Center.
Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with VueJS, Bootstrap, and responsive UI design.
Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Key Vault).
Familiarity with third-party migration tools such as AvePoint or ShareGate.
Understanding of conditional access, OAuth, and SharePoint Online security best practices.
Experience with unit testing, UI testing, load/performance testing, and automated regression tools.
