Location : Marion, Texas (East of Converse)

Seeking Human Resources Clerk As the (HR Recruiting Clerk), reporting to the Human Resources Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the other HR professionals doing various HR tasks. Duties include, but not limited to supporting database management, recruiting activities, data entry, new hire documentation and training, and personnel files management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties, such as database entries, reports, compiling and distributing materials and filing. 
• Source resumes and applications for the Assistant Manager. 
• Perform basic qualifications checks and applicants that may include phone interviews. 
• High attention to detail with data entry of new hires in the HRIS system. 
• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves. 
• Assist training and support for new employees on HR related topics. 
• Assist with request from Team member for information. 
• Facility onboarding and answer questions for new employees. 
• Assist grasping the reasons for employee turnover by utilizing exit interviewing tools and analyzing the data to recommend and implement countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate. 
• Other duties and project as assigned. 

Desirable Qualifications:

• Associate degree in related field and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role. Recruiting experience is a plus, minimum HR Experience of 3 years. (Really want someone with HR Knowledge) 
• Positive attitude with dealing with applicants, employees, and customers. 
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, able to create graphs, spreadsheets and databases using the application’s basic function. 
• Experience with ADP desktop/data entry at least 1 year experience. 
• Self-motivated & positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional time management. 
• Occasional overtime may be required according to business needs.
