Job Description
**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
Incorporates knowledge of the nursing process and the ASPAN standards of nursing in daily practice. Applies knowledge of growth and development to perform detailed assignments/interventions. Provides consistent care based on the changing physical and psychosocial needs, unique to the patient.

**Required Education for Staff Job Levels**
Graduate of accredited nursing program.
**Required Licensure and Certifications**
Active RN license in Tennessee, BLS, (ACLS, PALS, or CART class within six months as determined by departmental requirements.

**Pay Range**
$31.39 - $45.05 /hour
