Job Description

Job Title: Remote Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to provide administrative support to our team remotely. This role involves handling various tasks to keep things running smoothly, such as managing emails, organizing calendars, and entering data. Key Responsibilities
Email Management: Handle and respond to emails promptly, ensuring timely communication.
Calendar Coordination: Organize schedules and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and enter data into systems as needed.
Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Virtual Meeting Support: Coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, and ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
Customer Service & Support: Provide assistance and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
What We're Looking For
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years of administrative or office experience.
Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Work Environment: You should have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
Communication & Organizational Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Certifications: Administrative assistance certification (e.g., CAP, CAA) is a plus.
Experience: Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Experience with video conferencing software (Zoom, Skype) is a bonus.
