Job Description

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring an experienced warehouse manager for our logistics team.

We are seeking candidates who are highly skilled in managing large teams in a warehouse setting. We are willing to train on our specific procedures. This role will require you to oversee all functions within the warehouse and ensure operations are running smoothly. You must be a self starter and be willing to be physically involved in warehouse activities.

This role will be a Monday through Friday, full time position. It is required that you remain available to work overtime if the workload requires it. We are flexible on the exact working hours you will be assigned.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a group of warehouse team members and ensuring they are performing work functions and following assigned tasks
• Receiving incoming inventory and documenting any discrepancies or damage of products 
• Ordering additional items based on inventory reports on warehouse stock
• Maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment and conducting safety trainings 
• Hosting daily meetings to go over daily work and requirements
• Performing disciplinary actions and maintaining records on employee performance
• Learning and operating our computer programs effectively
• Remaining involved in warehouse functions and assisting in the work if it is required
• Working directly with clients and shipping vendors 
• Completing onboarding and training of new employees

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a manager in a warehouse setting is required for this role
• Experience hosting trainings, classes and meetings
• Fantastic communication and the ability to remain professional at all times
• Computer literacy and the ability to type effectively
• The willingness to be physically involved with warehouse functions
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for the entire work day
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
