Responsibilities:

Client Support:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their hotel and accommodation preferences.
• Provide recommendations on hotels and resorts that align with their needs, budget, and travel plans.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Booking and Coordination:

• Assist clients in booking hotel accommodations, including checking availability and securing reservations.
• Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, special requests, and budgetary considerations.
• Confirm and provide detailed reservation details to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Destination Knowledge:

• Stay updated on popular destinations, hotel amenities, and current promotions.
• Offer insights and suggestions to help clients make informed decisions.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and interactions using provided systems.
• Process payments and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their reservations.
• Handle any booking modifications or cancellations as needed.

Requirements:
