**Job Title: Framer** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled framing carpenters to join our team for new build construction projects. These projects include high-end, custom new builds as well as multifamily commercial constructions. You will be working with stick framing, prefab walls, wall panels, and wood siding. **Responsibilities** + Participate in new build construction projects, focusing on high-end custom builds and multifamily commercial projects. + Utilize skills in stick framing, prefab walls, and wood siding to complete construction tasks. + Work on current projects located in Hayward, WI, Crosslake, MN, Brainerd Lakes, and Pine City. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of wood framing experience + Proficiency in framing, construction, rough carpentry, and wood framing **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification (Preferred) + Experience in commercial construction and finish carpentry **Why Work Here?** Enjoy per diem benefits including hotel accommodations and a food stipend. Crews typically range from 4-5 members, with larger teams of 7-12 for commercial projects and 25+ for the biggest jobs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
