About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, helping businesses find and hire exceptional candidates. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the challenge of sourcing top talent, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You'll work closely with clients, hiring teams, and candidates to match great people with great opportunities.
What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment You'll handle the entire hiring process from start to finish. That means sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Talent Sourcing & Outreach You'll use job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing strategies to find and engage with top talent across various industries.
Candidate Screening You'll review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure the best fit for each role.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers You'll work closely with clients and internal hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience You'll help showcase Candid Connection as a top-tier HR firm by ensuring a positive and professional hiring experience for every candidate.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management You'll maintain and update candidate records, track hiring metrics, and ensure compliance within our ATS.
Offer Management You'll assist with salary negotiations, offer letters, and ensuring a smooth onboarding transition.
Data-Driven Recruitment You'll analyze recruitment metrics and use data insights to continuously improve hiring strategies.
What We are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role. Remote recruitment experience is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Excellent Communication Skills: You know how to engage candidates, communicate effectively with hiring managers, and build strong relationships.
Strong Sourcing Skills: You know how to find hidden talent, whether through LinkedIn, networking, or creative sourcing techniques.
Attention to Detail: You ensure every step of the hiring process is seamless and well-executed.
Adaptability: You are comfortable working remotely and can manage multiple roles, priorities, and clients efficiently.
Passion for Talent Acquisition: You genuinely enjoy matching the right people with the right opportunities.
