Responsibilities - Create reports, briefings, and cables that easily and succinctly describe the highly complex program and its future plans on the assigned portfolio
- Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer
- Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans
- Assisting the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements, follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs), and related governance meetings
- Compose and maintaining correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums
- Develop regular status reporting for leadership
- Work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action
- Other ad-hoc tasking, as required
Qualifications Highly Desired Qualifications: - Current TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or related technical field; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a systems engineer, system integrator or similar role with sponsor
- Demonstrated experience supporting the sponsor
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical reviews of documentation
- Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Desired Qualifications: - Prior experience, education, or familiarity with LORA/SCADA technologies
- Prior Experience with the DO, specifically the DO field
- Prior experience supporting Senior Level management
- Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
