Job Title: Surgical Tech - Certified OR Professional

Duties:

• Set up and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures.
• Assist with draping, instrument passing, and other intraoperative duties.
• Ensure all instruments are accounted for and functional before, during, and after surgery.
• Support the surgical team in emergency situations with swift instrument preparation.
• Maintain compliance with all operating room protocols and standards.

Skills:

• Proven experience with scrubbing for major surgeries, at least 2 years required.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED is a prerequisite.
• Valid NBSTSA CST Certification and AHA BLS certification required.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,650 - $1,875
• Monthly: $6,600 - $7,500
