Job Description

Your role:

Wolff Olins is looking for superstar interns across our Strategy, Design and Engagement communities, to join our U.S. team for summer 2025. You’ll work on a range of internal and client projects, experiencing firsthand how brands are created and evolved. This is a full-time internship that will begin in early June and finish at the end of August.

We expect our Summer Interns to be full members of our team, contributing to client work, new business pitches, and internal initiatives. Our Summer Interns should be curious and eager to learn, passionate about brands, optimistic for the world, and creative and proactive in all that they do.

You are responsible for:

  • Playing an active role in the Strategy team across various assignments, including client work and internal initiatives
  • Introducing new thinking, and sharing learnings from your schoolwork, past experience or extracurriculars 
  • Supporting strategy team members with research (desktop, qual, quant), creative ideation, and development of strategic deliverables (positionings, brand architecture, design strategy, etc)
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams (strategy, design, engagement) on deliverables
  • Listening and helping document feedback and decisions made in client meetings
  • Being meticulous and organized, understanding nuance, and paying attention to details

You will:

  • Get your hands dirty working on real projects as a full-time member of the team
  • Craft and contribute to key internal initiatives
  • Have the freedom to experiment and push our work in unexpected directions
  • Wear different hats exploring all the phases of a project, from ideation to execution
  • Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines
  • Be exposed to clients, client work, and the Wolff Olins way of working across the globe, with large, global companies and organizations

Details and requirements:

  • Timing: Full-time, beginning of June until end of August (approx. 12 weeks in duration)
  • Location: Interns must be able to spend the summer in NYC and are able to legally work in the United States.
  • Platforms: Be comfortable in working collaboratively via GoogleSlides
  • Compensation: Paid internship

  • Our recruitment process will be conducted from March - April 2025, with offers anticipated in April 2025, and an internship start date of Monday, June 9, 2025.
