MAU is hiring a Staffing Clerk in Paris, TX. As a Staffing Clerk, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient applicant flow and seamless staffing operations.

Shift Information- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Periodic nights and weekends may be required

Required Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of clerical experience
- Customer service experience
- Data entry experience

Essential Functions- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner
- Assist with candidate orientations, background checks, drug screens, and E-verify tasks
- Maintain the applicant flow and quality system processes
- Coordinate administrative tasks and office supply management
- Support Staffing Supervisor with correspondence, interviews, and file maintenance
- Conduct accurate data entry for staffing systems
- Promote continuous improvement in service delivery
- Foster a culture of safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Work is performed in both administrative office settings and customer facilities, including manufacturing environments
- Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.)
- Exposure to varying environments, from non-temperature-controlled areas to GMP clean rooms
- Interaction with industrial equipment and vehicles on customer sites
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift 5–20 lbs periodically and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
Travel- No travel required for this position
