Salary: $68,900 - 124,550 per year Requirements:

• We prefer candidates with a Bachelor of Science Degree from an ABET-accredited university, accompanied by at least 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering under an AS9100 system or equivalent experience in DOD, along with at least 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment. Alternatively, an Associate's Science Degree from an ABET-accredited university with at least 7 years in Quality Engineering under an AS9100 system or equivalent DOD experience, along with at least 7 years in a Manufacturing environment, is acceptable. In lieu of a degree, we will consider candidates with a High School Diploma/GED who have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality and/or quality engineering under an AS9100 system or equivalent experience in DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control. Qualified candidates must possess an active Secret clearance.

• As a Sr. Quality Engineer, I will manage non-conformances and corrective actions for TPS, support quality metrics and trending, and assist with quality inspections. I will leverage my knowledge of inspection methodologies, including Blue Light Scanning when applicable. I will review customer-specific flow downs and terms and conditions to ensure conformity within processes and attend contract reviews to communicate my responsibilities relative to statutory and regulatory requirements. Additionally, I will coordinate with engineering and production teams to monitor company-wide metrics, develop quality-related procedures and work instructions, and communicate with customers about nonconformance dispositions and corrective action plans. I will conduct investigations and root cause analyses to drive improvements in our processes and generate quality documentation, including inspection reports, bubble prints, CARs, SCARs, RFWs, and NCRs.
