**_Senior Program Manager (Sr ISC Project Mgmt Manager) for Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte, NC_** **_Responsibilities:_** + Lead and manage complex programs to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional results. + Implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution. + Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. + Provide leadership and guidance to achieve program objectives. + Utilize Agile and 6 Sigma methodologies to drive robust and sustainable process improvements. + Support PIT focals in process improvements including JIRA scrum, 6 Sigma methodologies, and ongoing taskforce activities. **_YOU MUST HAVE:_** + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's* degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Processes, Finance and Operations, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, manufacturing and inventory management) and finance operations (financial planning and analysis, AOP, COGS, P&L, financial reporting and analytics). Must have 4 years of experience with the following: SAP proficiency, Six sigma methodologies, operational performance, data management and analysis, SOX and internal controls. + Approximately 30% of travel is required. + * Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. **_ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:_** + Location: Charlotte, NC + 40 hours/week + Employee Referral Fee: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
