Our client, a premier ServiceNow partner, are hiring a ServiceNow Project Manager to join the team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget and the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
As the ServiceNow Project Manager, you will lead, plan and execute multiple ServiceNow implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
Engage with client stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations and ensuring high satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, set milestones and achieve project goals.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track project budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure projects stay within scope.
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and best practices, leveraging ServiceNow implementation expertise to enhance quality and efficiency.
Skillset
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 2 years overseeing ServiceNow implementation projects.
Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist is a bonus.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) and their implementation processes.
Proficient in project management tools with a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on a client-centric approach.
Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
