How You'll Make an Impact:
- Oversee the architectural integrity of Salesforce platform activities, particularly in Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring best practices in application and data model designs.
- Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce technologies and industry trends, assessing their impact and how they can be leveraged within the organization.
- Lead the evaluation of new Salesforce-compatible technologies, recommending and supporting technology investments through technical analysis and business case evaluations.
- Contribute to strategic technology planning, including consideration of cost implications.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively plan to address them.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.

What You Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer or Lead role with hands-on experience in one or more Salesforce implementations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the full lifecycle of enterprise software project implementations.
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and development, including security, standard objects, reports, dashboards, Chatter, Einstein, data management, and sandbox environments.
- Deep knowledge of advanced Salesforce development tools and techniques, such as Apex, Force.com, triggers, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using API management tools like MuleSoft, Salesforce Canvas, Connected Apps, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts.
- Proficient in using Salesforce's standard development tools and version control with Git.

Compensation Transparency:
We take a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. Our pay range is as follows:
- New York City: $145,000—$194,000 USD
- Remote, Premium Locations (California, Connecticut, Washington D.C., New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Washington): $133,000—$178,000 USD
- Remote, Standard Locations: $126,000—$169,000 USD
This role may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
