Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and success of our CRM Integrations. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of integration adapters for leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) platforms, such as Salesforce and ServiceNow. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience across various business applications.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the full product lifecycle of CRM integration adapters and live transcription (TranscriptStream) adapter-for-CRM.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with CRM and CSM vendors to define integration strategies and conduct joint product planning sessions.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on input from customers, internal teams, and market research.
- Align with the Business Development Team to support partner integration priorities and growth.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using tools like Aha and Jira, translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure clear requirements, effective development, and seamless deployment.
- Prepare business case analyses for new initiatives, releases, and key features.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Ensure CRM integrations are aligned with global expansion plans and data center deployments.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to maintain differentiation and leadership in the industry.
- Provide subject matter expertise for sales engagements, customer presentations, and partner events.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in cloud software product management.
- 2+ years of experience in Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) solutions.
- Expertise in CRM/CSM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Zendesk, and Oracle.
- Proven ability to bring innovative software solutions to market.
- Experience developing applications for public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Strong collaboration skills, working across departments and globally distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree in a business discipline (preferred).
- Product Management certification (preferred).

Work Location
- Remote: Available for candidates residing outside a 50-mile radius of our office.
- Hybrid: Candidates within 50 miles of our office will be expected to work on-site three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to compensation. Salary is determined by experience, location, and relevant skills. The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$208,600 USD.
