What you'll do...
Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced instructional designer to develop, build and deliver Advertising Certification learning paths to our agency, platform and advertising partners, and other external audiences. As a startup within the world’s largest retailer, we are quickly developing new ad tech, internal tools and systems. You will play an integral role in ensuring that our Walmart Connect advertisers can maximize and enhance their ability to leverage the Walmart Connect Advertising platform for their business.
In this role, you will help develop training, feedback, and recommendations to enhance and improve the Walmart Connect Ad Certification program. Utilizing your previous training experience within a large commercial organization, you will support the Walmart Connect team through your ad certification instructional design efforts.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
