Senior IT Financial Management (ITFM) Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services firm in Boston, MA, has a need for a Senior ITFM Analyst to manage and optimize an ITFM/TBM software solution to enhance financial transparency, budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling. This role involves ensuring accurate IT cost allocation, automation of financial processes, and collaboration across IT, finance, and procurement teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

This is a fulltime, hybrid role with 3 days in the Boston location and working from home on Mondays and Fridays. Base salary target for this role is $90-110K. This is not a senior associate level role, we will only be able to consider candidates with up to 5-7 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• ITFM/TBM Platform Management: Maintain and configure cost allocation models, optimize financial planning, and ensure data accuracy.
• Financial Analysis & Cost Optimization: Align cost structures, chargeback models, and TCO methodologies while analyzing IT spending trends.
• Forecasting & Modeling: Build TCO models, automate budget forecasting, and conduct scenario analyses on IT costs.
• Reporting & Automation: Develop dashboards, automate financial reporting, and track key ITFM KPIs.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in ITFM, TBM, FP&A, or related fields.
• Experience with ITFM/TBM platforms and financial modeling.
• Strong technical skills in ITFM tools, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across finance, IT, and operations.
• Knowledge of cloud/SaaS cost management, FinOps, and license optimization is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree in finance.
