The hourly rate for this position is $22.50. T his position is also eligible to earn overtime.

The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees.  This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.  This person will be primarily assigned to work the overnight shift.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, reliable and works well in a team environment. Although this position will be mainly scheduled for the overnight shifts, occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.  
• Previous security experience preferred. 
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
