APDerm is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee coding billing and patient accounting. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to ensure timely claim submissions effective accounts receivable management and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle processes to ensure timely claim submissions and effective accounts receivable management.
• Collaborate directly with our PHO partners and manage multiple TIN billing.
• Continuously evaluate employee staffing levels performance and productivity fostering a culture of communication and ongoing training.
• Utilize robust reporting KPIs and dashboards to review revenue cycle functions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain adherence to established processes and controls ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively across functions and assist with escalated patient grievances related to revenue cycle issues.
• Lead the integration and onboarding of new practices maintaining smooth billing operations throughout.

The salary for this role will range from USD $85000 to $115345 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location relevant skills training education etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
