Position: Remote Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our team. As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients. This is a full-time, remote position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sports industry, and a passion for finding the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract and identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions and interview questions
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the sports industry
- Strong understanding of recruiting methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Passion for sports and a strong network within the industry is a plus
