We provide a unified payroll platform that seamlessly connects your entire team—production, accounting, cast, and crew—all in one place. Wrapbook empowers production teams to manage projects, pay cast and crew, track expenses, and generate data-driven insights, while enabling workers to manage timecards, track pay, and onboard to new projects from any device. Wrapbook brings clarity and dependability to production payroll, while increasing the productivity of your whole team.

Trusted by companies of all sizes, Wrapbook powers payroll for some of the industry’s top production companies, including SMUGGLER, Tuff, and GhostRobot. Our growing team of 250+ people across the USA and Canada, including entertainment and technology experts from SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, Teamsters, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, and more. Wrapbook is backed by top-tier investors, including Jeffrey Katzenberg’s WndrCo, Andreessen Horowitz, and A* Capital. We have raised $130M and are in a strong financial position.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Solutions Specialist to join our innovative sales team. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of the entertainment industry to provide expert technical guidance and drive successful product implementations. You’ll play a pivotal role in engagements with prospects, from conducting compelling product demos to working cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding. If you have a knack for solving complex problems and a passion for the entertainment sector, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Partner with customers to understand their unique business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct persuasive and informative demos of our payroll and accounting products, showcasing their value and fit for the customer’s requirements.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights and guidance throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead thorough requirements gathering sessions to identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • RFP and Documentation: Manage responses to RFPs and security questionnaires, and create detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline accurate implementation plans and build technical credibility.
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve both technical and functional wins, driving successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Operations and Product teams to relay customer feedback and ensure that solutions align with client needs and expectations.

What You’ll Have:

  • Entertainment Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience in entertainment payroll and production accounting.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex product functionalities and integrations.
  • Sales Support Skills: Proven track record of supporting sales teams with technical insights and consultative expertise.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative and analytical thinking skills to address and resolve customer challenges effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working with multiple departments, including Client Operations and Product, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience in managing and executing detailed implementation plans with a strong sense of urgency
