Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for supporting our recruiters and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with remote work supporting clients in the United States is a plus. Compensation is ideal for English-speaking candidates in Latin America, the Philippines, and India. This is a full-time position with work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting and Management:
    • Add new jobs to our ATS, Manatal.com, using relevant AI-generated templates.
    • Publish jobs and share them on social media platforms using appropriate AI-generated templates.
    • Update job statuses as needed.
    • Close jobs in ATS and properly dispose of each candidate in the job pipeline.
  • Candidate Screening and Communication:
    • Review AI resume analysis of applicants and contact suitable candidates to complete the AI interview.
    • Communicate with candidates via SMS within the AI interview system and via email in ATS.
    • Call candidates to encourage completion of the AI interview or schedule a call with a recruiter.
    • Support recruiters by sourcing candidates and contacting them for additional information.
  • Candidate Management and Submission:
    • Contact candidates who have completed the AI interview for final confirmation before submission.
    • Complete submission summaries for AI-interviewed candidates and submit them to the Recruiting Manager.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within a recruiting/HR department.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools is a plus.
