**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Sales & Recruiting team. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting talented individuals with exciting job opportunities that align with our clients' needs. Your primary focus will be to identify, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Leverage job boards, referrals, networking, and other resources to source top talent.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare candidates for video interviews with clients.
- Match candidates' skills and strengths with client requirements through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Negotiate compensation packages and secure commitments from candidates for current and future job opportunities.
- Work closely with Account Managers to fully understand job order requirements and client expectations.
- Foster open communication and embrace diverse perspectives to create a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Build and maintain relationships within the industry to enhance customer service, gain insights, and obtain referrals.
- Attend industry events, conduct candidate interviews, and participate in team-building activities.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and our clients.
**Required Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Previous work experience in hospitality, retail, food, or beverage industries is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is highly valued.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in work, academics, or extracurricular activities.
- A strong desire to develop a career in sales and recruiting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to go the extra mile when necessary.
