As a Java Full Stack Developer , you will collaborate closely with Development and Testing teams to design, develop, integrate, and optimize applications. You will work on a range of tools supporting trade analytics, pooling & securitization, trade capture, reporting, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java and Python, along with a strong understanding of modern development frameworks and tools.
Engage with business users to gather requirements and contribute to system design.
Develop applications, prototypes, and test automation solutions.
Provide production support and troubleshooting as needed.
Collaborate with team members and business partners to develop innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
Predict effects of configuration changes, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
Resolve issues and fulfill ad-hoc requests to support business partners within the I&CM division.
Java Expertise: Hands-on experience with Java 8+ and J2EE technologies.
Python Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, including its development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, and tools such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
Database Management: 2-3 years of experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, and DB2.
Frameworks & Tools:
5-7 years of experience with Hibernate and Spring Boot.
Experience with Spring-related modules like AOP, security basics, and routing.
3-5 years of experience with Angular.
Containerization & CI/CD:
Solid understanding of Docker and containerization concepts.
Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket and Git.
Basic knowledge of integration frameworks like Cucumber or FitNesse.
Familiarity with Jenkins pipeline.
Application Monitoring: Experience with monitoring tools such as Kibana.
Experience in financial services or trading applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
