At MissionWired, we help our partners create revolutionary fundraising strategies that advance their mission, change our country, and have a positive impact on the world. MissionWired is the only wholly integrated direct marketing agency for nonprofits and Democratic organizations. We help our partners tell big, ambitious stories that invite their supporters into communities to raise mission-changing revenue. Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Working with account teams to understand/clarify production specs;
• Conducting thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that design specifications adhere to technical requirements for printing;
• Performing quality assurance tasks and checks on designs to ready for print production;
• Packaging designs for press for direct mail materials, including letters, postcards, envelopes, brochures, and promotional materials;
• Making potential post-release edits.

Must-have qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop;
• Experience with print-production;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
• Ability to identify problems, explore potential solutions, and evaluate the best course of action;
• Passion, integrity and energy;
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage deadlines and project milestones.

Nice-to-have qualifications: - Background in politics, fundraising, or advocacy preferred but not required. Pay rate for this role starts at $25-35/hour and goes up depending on experience. The person in this role would work a max of 20 hours per week with preferred working hours starting after 2pm.
