Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will join our team of designers and use extensive experience to thoughtfully improve our products and provide excellent user experience for our customers. A strong portfolio of successful UX and design systems knowledge is essential.
Creating low-fidelity wireframes to visualize basic structure and functionality and converting them into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Maintaining and improving the design system on Figma;
Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
Analyzing user behavior through tools like heatmaps, session recordings, etc.
Ensuring designs are responsive and adaptable across devices.
Conducting user interviews and surveys to understand user needs and pain points.
Using existing or native components whenever possible;
Providing design reviews for developers;
Validating design ideas by reviewing user interaction on Hotjar and product analytics;
A minimum 4+ years in Product Design
Product and Data Oriented mindset (practical experience)
Experience working in SaaS companies.
You know how to work with the development team and understand terms like design kick-off, hand-off, etc.
Experience working with Design Systems
Practical experience with Analytics (Clarity, Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.)
Have experience working with the US companies or startups.
Will be able to show portfolio and product thinking skills through the interview and mini practical test.
