Description We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in San Dimas, California. This long-term contract role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and focused on ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processes. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle payroll operations for a workforce of over 200 employees on a biweekly schedule. - Audit and verify timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Collaborate with department heads to gather and review payroll-related data in a timely manner. - Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including salary updates, by prescribed deadlines. - Utilize Paychex software to process payroll and maintain employee records. - Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. - Assist with onboarding new hires by managing payroll modules in Paychex. - Support trust and payroll reporting requirements using Sage Intacct. - Address and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly. - Maintain adherence to multi-state payroll regulations and company standards. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, including full-cycle payroll. - Proven experience managing payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees. - Proficiency in using Paychex for payroll processing and reporting. - Familiarity with Sage Intacct for financial reporting and payroll reconciliation. - Strong understanding of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities. - Effective communication skills for collaboration with department heads and team members.
