Job Description

We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities:

• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
• Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
• Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
• Participate in storm damage assessments and inspections.
• Flexibility for travel when needed (Dallas, College Station, Austin, Louisiana, etc.)
• Learn the product/s we offer for new roof installs, and how the product should be installed.
• Attend company and manufacturer trainings and product meetings.

Qualifications:

• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
