eviCore is currently hiring an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team of business analysts that lead key projects for clients. Serves as a mentor and subject matter expert and serves as the business sponsor for project work. Must possess a strong understanding of business processes and capabilities, both functional and end-to-end. This position will sponsor multiple, concurrent projects and may own projects as needed. This individual will work with business, technology, and solution teams to develop and execute client projects. This individual will be responsible for directing the work of business analyst team and providing coaching and training as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and guidance and coordinate necessary access for the team on tools/platforms to enable successful projects
  • Support and provide direction to more junior professionals.
  • Serves as a point of escalation for internal teams
  • Demonstrate and promote a genuine concern for the stakeholder, listen fully and actively to truly understand what others are saying, make decisions based on an understanding of the real stakeholder need.
  • Influence stakeholders in a clear, confident and collaborative manner when articulating concepts, challenges, complexities in order to drive standards and best practices.
  • Remain current on eviCore's platforms, programs and processes and understanding how each can be adapted to meet client needs.
  • Exercise judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal teams (e.g., Product, Client Experience, IT) to ensure successful design and delivery of solutions.
  • Creates and maintains key reporting metrics for projects and ensures dashboards are up to date.
  • Maintain dashboards, workspaces and documentation associated with the team's project work.
  • Assist in training and coaching materials for the team of business analysts.
  • Work with internal product/programs to validate business decisions when needed.
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • High degree of technical knowledge and testing and validation skills are required.
  • Strong knowledge of data model/database design concepts and working knowledge of SQL
  • Management experience required
  • 3 or more years of experience leading a team required.
  • Experience with successfully managing project planning and execution
  • Experience working with multiple groups, both internally and externally – clients, engineering and product management teams
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with shifting priorities to meet project requirements; self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Agile principles
  • Knowledge of resource management tools
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture
  • Team Leadership & Development: Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
  • Facilitation, Negotiation & Problem Resolution Skills: Ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels with technology and solutions, customers and vendor groups Qualifications (i.e., preferred education, experience, attributes)

This role has a hybrid designation. If hired in a near a location where there is no eviCore office, your designation will be remote on interim basis.
