Main Duties:

• Program Alignment: Work alongside and reporting to the Operational Excellence Champion to translate strategic improvement goals into actionable project plans
• Joint Planning: Co-develop timelines, milestones, and priorities to ensure program objectives are clear and achievable
• Execution Support: Facilitate day-to-day project activities, ensuring that teams have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to stay on track
• Issue Escalation: Identify potential roadblocks early and partner with the Operational Excellence Champion to resolve challenges effectively
• Communication: Ensure transparent and consistent updates between the Operational Excellence Champion, teams, and stakeholders to maintain alignment

What skills do you need?

• In possession of a higher qualification in Sciences (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics) or Engineering
• A minimum of two years experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
• Previous experience in a similar role, as well as knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma will be considered an asset
• Able to lead and motivate and able to think critically and a good problem solver
• Results oriented and will display an attitude that reflects our Company values

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
