Job Description

Job Summary: The Office Assistant at Bahama Bay Club will provide administrative support to the Office Manager. This is a part-time, hourly position located in Sanford, Florida. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate, paid biweekly. In addition, the Office Assistant will have free meals and work in an amazing culture and work environment with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors and answer calls
• Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and managing mail
• Assist with organizing and maintaining company documents and files
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs
• Other duties and projects as assigned by the Office Manager or company leadership

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training preferred
• 1-2 years of previous administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative as needed
• Must be able to work legally in the United States without sponsorship
