As a North America Payments Sales - Financial Institutions Business Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will act as a trusted advisor to our Regional Sales Heads, optimizing business performance and promoting strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, manage key business governance initiatives, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our business. This role provides a dynamic environment where your strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be highly valued.
Job Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee performance metrics, including financials, deal pipeline, and expenses.
- Assist in key business, strategic, regulatory, and governance priorities.
- Coordinate and deliver key sales initiatives and projects.
- Support region-wide initiatives and represent the Payments business in meetings.
- Respond to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
- Organize complex information strategically and communicate effectively with partners.
- Project manage and deliver key work streams, identifying risks and driving resolution.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the RCSA framework.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
- Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
- Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality presentations and reports.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of working independently.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Effective under pressure, with the ability to prioritize requests and multitask.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Disciplined approach to managing processes and controls.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Prior experience in Business Management or a COO role.
- Experience with Alteryx for efficient data analysis and workflow automation.
- Understanding of Treasury Services, Payments, or Banking products.
