EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NECESSARY: Live, work, and grow your career on the coast. WWAY, the ABC, CBS, and CW affiliate serving southeastern North Carolina, is seeking a News Producer to join our team.

This is not just a job for someone looking to stack a show. We are looking for a show doctor who can craft engaging, fast-paced newscasts that keep viewers informed and engaged. The ideal candidate will:

Build well-paced, dynamic newscasts
Write compelling teases that keep audiences tuned in
Edit video to ensure high-quality, visually engaging content
Contribute to digital platforms, including the website and social media

Qualifications:

Strong storytelling and writing skills
Ability to stay ahead of breaking news and developing stories
Passion for journalism and a commitment to accuracy
Positive, professional attitude
Experience with ENPS and Edius is a plus
