Responsibilities: • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Qualifications: • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred • Must be licensed and reside in either California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Florida, or Michigan About Company: Our business model that puts the customers first, Oceans Mortgage & Realty has seen significant expansion in the last few years.
