About the Role:
As a Massage Therapist at Vineyards Country Club, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellness and rejuvenation of our distinguished members and guests. Your skillful touch, professionalism, and commitment to excellence will ensure every treatment is an unforgettable experience. This is a part-time position on Saturdays, with the possibility of additional days based on business needs. 

  Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and specialty treatments.
• Assess clients' needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and create personalized experiences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the treatment rooms, adhering to the highest hygiene standards.
• Ensure a relaxing, welcoming environment that promotes overall wellness and stress relief.
• Uphold The Vineyards Gold Service Standards by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Maintain detailed records of client treatment plans and progress.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques to provide cutting-edge services.

Qualifications:

• Valid state of Florida license or certification in massage therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and bodywork therapies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing training.
