Marketing Assistant We are looking for a talented Marketing Assistant with a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn. The Marketing Assistant will support the work of the Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Managers and assist with Community Relations activities. Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Support Marketing Director with various tasks including but not limited to attending meetings, assisting with social media campaigns, assisting with community relations activities, external community partner correspondence, etc.
  • Assist and learn from Digital Marketing Managers, including website maintenance, metrics tracking, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Attend any and all meetings as needed, such as budget meetings, monthly incentive planning meetings, advertising meetings, etc..
  • Assist with community and company events as needed.
  • Ensure marketing materials and swag supplies are maintained at all times.
Job Qualification & Skills
  • Bachelors' degree in marketing, or a related field, from an accredited university and/or the equivalent job experience.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, social media platforms, Google Analytics, WordPress preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a penchant for data analysis and critical thinking.
  • Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-hire background check and drug screening.
