We are looking for an experienced guest relations professional at the mid point of their career with high ambitions.
As leader of the Guest Relations department, the Ma î tre d’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing and coordinating special guests (VIPs, etc)
Coordinating and managing communication between guests and staff
Developing initiatives to build guest counts
Must have at least 2 years experience working as a Maître d' at high profile and high volume NYC restaurant.
