Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Northern Virginia
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem
Salary Range: $28 - $35 per hour (Depending on Experience and Facility Type)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Northern Virginia . The LPN will provide direct patient care, assist with medical procedures, and ensure high-quality healthcare services in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with wound care, catheterization, and other medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Virginia .
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, home health, or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
