Job Description

Job Title: Lead QA/Tester(US Citizens only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
• Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, performance, and security testing).
• Analyze test results, document defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Define and implement testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Review and improve existing testing processes to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact for all QA-related matters, providing regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Continuously identify and mitigate risks related to product quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the use of best practices.

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or QA Engineer.
• Strong expertise in manual and automated testing processes and tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and testing best practices.
• Proficient in writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, HP ALM).
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of QA professionals, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and related tools.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and web services.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting) for automation.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate complex issues clearly.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
